Can I return a product bought?

You can return the product during 14 days after purchase without any reasons. The product can only be reurned in case it is not used, complete and without damages in original packaing. You must identify the return by sending an email at info @ . You can also download, fill in the return form and email us. The form can be downloaded at the bottom of this page. The postal costs for the return package are for your own account. 

Products which do not meet the above can, unfortunately, nog be returned or exchanged. They will be send back to you and the necessary postal charges are for your account. 


What to do in case you are not happy with the product or you have a complaint?

Off course we will do everything possible to solve any issues. Please contact us by sending an email to info @ or by phone via 0164-243599. In case you are of opinion we did not solve your complaint you can send a request to the Geschillencommissie (SGC) for assistence. 

Are there any costs involed in case I return a product?
No extra charges will  be applied for return products. Postal charges for the shipment however, are for your own account. Keep in mind that the return shipment is for your expense and responsibility. is not responsible for damages or disappearance of the products returned. We advise you to ask always for a track and trace code for the package.


Will I be refunded when I return a product?
Yes. In case you returned the product within 14 days after purchase - meeting the conditions above - we will credit your payment. We will deposit the money at the same bank account that was used when purchasing the product. 


Where can I check payment of the returned products?
You must check your own bankstatement a few days - normally within 3 business days - after we have received the returned products.
